OUR STORY
Inspired by the Netflix series "The Biggest Little Farm" we sold our home in Abbotsford, B.C. in 2020 during a world-wide pandemic and set our farm dream in motion with the purchase of a beautiful acreage in Louis Creek, B.C. 40min North of Kamloops. Walking along the back pasture across the "Rocky Acres" overlooking Louis Creek below, we knew we had stumbled across something special, a place where our three children could grow, explore and play surrounded by nature in a hands-on environment that will provide them with opportunities to learn all that life has to offer them, a place to learn life's lessons, a place where dreams come true!
ABOUT ROCKY ACRES
Rocky Acres is a small-scale family farm dedicated to raising all of our animals with the utmost respect, care, compassion and love. Our animals all have first names and are socialized daily with us, our three children, dogs, cat and each other! We run rotational grazing pastures over 10acres with access to shelter and fresh water at all times. We consult with local veterinarian care when needed and provide routine vaccines to help ensure proper health, wellness and development of all our animals.
